Please read the information below carefully. You will need to select the “Code of Conduct Agreement” checkbox when you begin the test to continue the test.

• • Your desk/table must be clear or any materials except the test taking laptop.
  • No cell phones or other secondary devices in the test area.
  • This is a closed book test. No use of additional applications or the internet.
  • No talking during the test.
  • Do NOT copy any of the test questions or answers during the test or when the instructor reviews the test questions and answers.
    NOTE: You are not permitted to take screenshots, record the screen, write down or copy and paste questions or answers or otherwise attempt to take any of the content of this exam for any purpose.
  • When finished, please be quiet (or step outside) to allow the other students to finish their test.
